- Increase your awareness, both inside and outside of the body
- Handle feelings of anxiety and difficult feelings
All it takes is the desire to change and the commitment to doing the work to transform one’s life.
At the Heart and Soul Academy, our mission is to provide those who suffer from BFRBs with the resources, expertise, and support to live a life free from pulling, picking, biting, etc. Based in Mindfulness Awareness Training, we offer online, interactive classes, events and an Annual Retreat for Adults, Teens, Children, Parents and their loved-ones. We augment our classes and events with tools, strategies, and stress reduction techniques combined with practical living skills that build a road-map for real recovery.
